Chair Yoga – 9:00 AM
A gentle, accessible class using a chair for support. Perfect for all levels, including seniors and those with limited mobility, this class focuses on mindful movement, breathwork, and relaxation. -
Evening Yoga – 5:00 PM
A calming class designed to release tension and restore balance. Expect gentle stretches, breathwork, and relaxation to help you ease into the evening. -
